Customer Data Analyst - Campaign Developer (m/w/d)

The team handles all CVM journeys with end-to-end responsibility.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and execute convergent campaigns with significant revenue and contact volumes.
• Manage sub-projects for the setup and implementation of a new campaign management system.
• Advise leadership on segmentation and selection processes.
• Prepare decision-making templates and present results to management.
• Resolve target and potential conflicts across various campaigns.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Economics or Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge in data warehousing capabilities, database structures, SQL, campaign management, process management, and CRM management.
• Analytical thinking, communication skills, teamwork, and high-quality awareness.
• Lifelong learning and rapid adaptation skills.
• Proficient in English (B2 level according to GER).
