They are now hiring a Data Engineer/Data Analyst to join their team in Regenstauf, to drive data-driven decision-making processes, and support cross-departmental collaboration to improve data infrastructure and quality.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and automate data pipelines to support data-driven decisions.
• Create reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs, primarily using Power BI.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to implement data-driven solutions.
• Propose innovative ideas for automating reporting processes using tools like Power BI and KNIME.
• Ensure consistent and efficient integration of data from various sources.

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related IT field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in data warehousing and business intelligence.
• Strong integration and transformation skills for data from various sources.
• Proficient in using Power BI and KNIME.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.
