In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns in the Customer Care sector.
• Evaluate local business processes in Customer Care across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Identify potential improvements for new process and standard implementation.
• Develop and implement data models and dashboards to monitor customer satisfaction and service performance.
• Support the Customer Care team with comprehensive analyses and recommendations.
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to enhance service processes.
• Create regular reports and presentations for management.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong knowledge in data analysis and proficient use of databases and spreadsheet programs, with good ERP system user skills.
• First work experience in a supply chain role focused on data processing and digitalization.
• Analytical thinking and strong numerical skills.
• High problem-solving ability and proactive work approach.
• Team skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
