Collaborating with product managers and engineers, the analyst will play a crucial role in defining and tracking performance metrics to influence product decisions and enhance the data platform.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Explore data to discover actionable insights and make recommendations using various analytics methodologies.
• Develop and automate reports, designing dashboards to provide insights at scale.
• Generate and test hypotheses through descriptive and quantitative analyses.
• Analyze product data to support team projects and analysis.
• Define key performance metrics and interpret KPIs with the team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement logging and metrics using tools like BigQuery and Databricks.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years experience in a data-intensive role within the e-commerce industry.
• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or similar.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery.
• Proficient in data manipulation, ETL pipelines, and Python.
• Excellent understanding of quantitative analysis and business sense.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Looker Studio or MicroStrategy.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and strong communication skills.
