In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize dashboards and analytics tools to support data-driven decisions across teams.
• Advise on AB testing processes including design, analysis, and recommendations.
• Manage new data tools and tracking on the webshop.
• Perform performance analyses and create automated reports.
• Develop and automate dashboards in Tableau and Shiny.
• Support marketing analytics, focusing on attribution modeling.
• Analyze up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams to prioritize and execute data tasks in sprints.
• Create new test ideas and insights to enhance marketing and webshop performance.
• Define key performance indicators to assess marketing, product, and webshop success.
• Work with business units and Finance to enhance forecasting with data collaboration.
• Interface with data teams to ensure smooth data integration.
• Build BI system queries and experiment with AI tools for data analysis.

This role requires you to have:

• e-commerce experience with web and marketing metrics
• Expertise in attribution modeling and marketing models
• Proficiency in AB testing and tools like Optimizely or Hotjar
• Dashboard development experience with SQL, Tableau, R, and Python
• Strong agile prioritization, communication, and coordination abilities
• Resilience in stakeholder interactions under pressure
• Capability to turn business needs into data-driven solutions
• Interest in onsite user behavior insights
