Zoetis is looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join their global Diagnostics Customer Care Division. The role involves leveraging data to optimize business processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure data quality and integrity.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through quality checks and validations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of methods, processes, and results.

This role requires you to have:

• Completed university degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or data management.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data querying.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
