In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Manage the data and numerical basis for the entire department.
- Develop and expand the reporting system with impactful dashboards and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to strategize on procurement data management.
- Evaluate and optimize existing processes, and support the development of new ones.
- Design automation strategies and explore new technologies in procurement.
- Collect and analyze process requirements to further automate them.
- Support automation tasks in both Procurement and Corporate Real Estate & Working Spaces departments.

This role requires you to have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field with a technical affinity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps) and robotics process automation tools like BluePrism.
- Strong Excel skills including VBA for creating ad-hoc reports.
- Excellent process comprehension and willingness to assist colleagues in process automation.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
You would benefit from having:
- Knowledge in Databricks, SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
- Experience in process modeling with BPMN.
- Curiosity and readiness to learn new solutions.
