The Customer Data Analyst will join the Business Unit Hygienic Fluid Handling team, contributing to their global operations at the Kolding center.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data across various touchpoints to identify trends and aid lead generation.
• Champion Power BI for data visualization and reporting purposes.
• Provide recommendations for enhancements in data analytics features.
• Interpret customer behavior data to improve digital customer journeys.
• Ensure data quality and perform detailed data pattern interpretation.
• Address business challenges using data-driven insights.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, e-Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or customer experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience in B2B operations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Hotjar.
