Data Analyst – Predictive Analytics

This role supports the Strategy, Programme & Learning division's mission of enhancing organizational effectiveness through data. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Engage in all data-related tasks for predictive analytics projects.
• Provide expertise in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to generate evidence from predictive models.
• Advise on data presentation and visualization for various departments.
• Support additional data processing and analysis tasks as required.

This role requires you to have:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in coding with R or Python
• Experience in data management including collection and reporting
• Expertise in developing data collection tools
• Skills in creating dashboards using R Shiny, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse teams
• Willingness to travel up to 30 days annually
