In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to enhance operations, customer experience, and profitability.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards for key metrics and performance trends.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team on data analytics platforms.
• Own the commercial data quality process and data warehouse integration.
• Work with the CRM team to streamline processes across platforms like HubSpot.
• Ensure seamless integration of data insights into sales processes.
• Develop and monitor key metrics for commercial success.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate results to stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor or Master degree in a numerate or computing-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in SQL.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Project management skills.
• Understanding the impact of data on business objectives.
• Ability to visualize and interpret complex data sets.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Python and Bash.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or ThoughtSpot.
