The newly founded Operational Excellence team is expanding, requiring a People Data Analyst to enhance People Data initiatives for their Northern European operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors and Power BI.
• Ensure accurate People Master Data for effective system use and HR processes.
• Collaborate with the Global People Data team to prioritize regional needs.
• Provide insights and analysis to support stakeholder decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and company policies.
