In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Set and implement the marketing analytics strategy to enhance effectiveness.
• Develop best practices for data analysis and reporting to continuously improve marketing performance.
• Lead advanced attribution modeling using machine learning, MMM, and Bayesian techniques.
• Take ownership of incrementality testing and media experimentation to boost ROI.
• Collaborate with data teams across commercial, product, and finance units for unified methodologies and insights.
• Partner with marketing leadership to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
• Automate analytics processes with AI and modern tools to improve efficiency.

This role requires you to have:

• Proven experience in marketing data analytics or business intelligence with a commercial focus.
• Expertise in advanced attribution models including MMM and Bayesian techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
