In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support AI teams in implementing responsible AI techniques across Novo Nordisk.
• Develop the Novo Nordisk Responsible AI toolbox with techniques for ethical AI practices.
• Draft and promote technical guidelines for responsible AI development.
• Provide expertise for AI Governance, especially concerning the EU AI Act, FDA, and EMA rules.
• Monitor advancements in responsible AI research.
• Conduct and publish open-access research on responsible AI topics.
• Participate in conferences and discussions on responsible AI.

• Master's degree or PhD in computer science, applied mathematics, or machine learning.
