Pandora seeks a Data Reporting Analyst to join their Global Merchandising team, focusing on transforming complex data into valuable insights. This role supports Allocation, Demand, Merchandising, and Inventory Planners, aiding their transition to a new planning system, O9. The position involves enhancing data foundations and driving analytical improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various planning teams to generate insightful analytical solutions.
• Convert business challenges into data-driven insights and impactful dashboards.
• Develop data storytelling strategies to facilitate the transition to the O9 planning system.
• Create and sustain data models, reports, and analytics tools to bolster decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate new data sources to enhance business intelligence.
• Ensure data quality and efficient consumption for stakeholders.
• Perform data assessments to identify optimization and process improvement opportunities.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business intelligence and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, Power Automate, SQL, and Python.
• Expertise in designing data infrastructure and reporting tools.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently solve complex problems.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

• Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst certification.
