• Analyze people data to identify trends and insights.
• Design and manage an integrated People Data dashboard.
• Identify opportunities for automation and data-driven efficiencies.
• Ensure data consistency and coherence across systems.
• Support talent strategies with meaningful reports on people metrics.
• Advocate for data best practices across the organization.
