In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop OKR strategy targeting key stakeholders and aligning objectives with organizational goals.
• Create a roadmap for implementing OKR enhancements with clear timelines and responsibilities.
• Identify best certification courses for OKR experts.
• Implement change management plans to address cultural shifts and provide employee support.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to introduce improved OKR processes.
• Engage stakeholders to establish data collection requirements and align data reporting with SVP objectives.
• Provide operational support and resources during OKR process transition.
• Establish feedback loops for continuous improvement of OKR tools.
• Define metrics for tracking quarterly OKR success and conduct regular effectiveness analyses.
• Deliver structured quarterly reports to SVP with strategic insights.
