In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze and translate business needs into data insights to improve customer experiences.
- Design data visualizations and handle large datasets using Excel and Power BI.
- Utilize the CX-data framework via Qualtrics to derive insights from CSAT scores, feedback, and metadata.
- Communicate findings and recommendations across departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison and project partner, potentially leading projects and facilitating knowledge sharing.
