• Promote self-service analytics and empower teams with data access.
• Lead data education initiatives across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process automation in data tracking.
• Develop standardized documentation for clarity and autonomy.

This role requires you to have:

• Experience as a Data Analyst for independently driving change.
• Strong SQL knowledge and visualization tool proficiency.
• Expertise in data storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to set up dashboards and reporting structures.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and scalability consideration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Danish, spoken and written.
