This program provides a pathway to becoming an IT consulting professional with permanent employment and support from experienced mentors. Positions are available for Junior AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts, located primarily in Helsinki.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in data science within the Insights & Data unit.
• Engage in analytics projects covering data preprocessing, modeling, and solution implementation.
• Facilitate clear communication of data analytics to business stakeholders.
• Participate in building scalable data infrastructures and maintain data pipelines.
• Ensure data quality and implement business-driven solutions.
• Work with modern cloud platforms and data technologies in challenging projects.
