KPMG Finland's Innovation & Technology unit is looking for a Data Engineer to join their DataOps team. This position focuses on developing data warehousing and business intelligence capabilities. The team supports KPMG’s client-facing applications by providing digital solutions and ensuring platforms are future-ready for business needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create and implement data pipelines based on business requirements
• Collaborate with data architects to build and maintain a business-oriented data architecture
• Integrate data from KPMG and external systems
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support business initiatives by utilizing platform data
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and cloud data engineering best practices
• Share knowledge and expertise through documentation, training, and mentorship

This role requires you to have:

• Computer Science or related degree with software development experience
• Experience in cloud-based data engineering using SQL and Python
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English
