The Senior Data Analyst role focuses on strengthening Rovio’s analytics, supporting a data-centric and collaborative environment. Based in Espoo, the role offers a hybrid model with potential relocation support for those outside Finland.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with User Acquisition, Advertisement, Finance, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to drive growth and innovation.
• Support and optimize predictive models, including tracking player Lifetime Value and key business metrics.
• Lead data-driven projects that translate insights into strategic actions for Rovio’s success.
• Drive an A/B testing culture to ensure business decisions are backed by rigorous experimentation and analysis.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards for real-time decision-making.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong quantitative skills with expertise in statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, particularly with Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy, and SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn, and machine learning tools like scikit-learn and statsmodels.
• Skilled in A/B testing, ETL processes, and translating insights into business impact.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly.
