Telia Company is seeking a Data Analyst to enhance the analytical capabilities of MTV and TV4 as part of a dynamic Nordic Analytics team. This role exists to foster data-driven decisions across Finnish and Swedish markets and requires collaborating with a cross-border team to provide essential business insights and support.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain analytics-ready datasets for various digital use cases.
• Create and refine a Semantic Layer to ensure data reliability.
• Build and manage BI reports using Power BI or QlikSense.
• Provide proactive analytical insights to digital platform stakeholders.
• Initiate and develop new analytics projects to support business growth.
• Collaborate with Nordic Analytics and the Product & Tech organization.
• Convey analyses and insights clearly to stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Working experience in data analysis or engineering, particularly in digital services.
• Expertise in data model design and database development.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL for optimized and scalable data queries.
• Experience in report creation with Power BI or QlikSense.
• Educational background in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
