This role is within the Customer Success organization, focusing on leveraging data to enhance customer engagement and security solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop data models to analyze customer behavior for health and retention insights.
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security Advisory team to utilize telemetry data for security insights.
• Identify innovative solutions to cybersecurity challenges alongside experts.
• Create data pipelines with Data Engineers/Scientists to enhance the Data Lake.

This role requires you to have:

• Understanding of regression models and classifications
• Proficiency in Python
• Knowledge of data science tools like Scikit-learn and Pandas
• Completed or near-completed studies in computer science or cybersecurity
• Strong communication and proficient in English
