The Marketing Analytics team is pivotal in refining Wolt's marketing strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Utilize statistical methods and experimentation to validate insights and influence business outcomes.
• Deliver insights on marketplace dynamics and user behaviors.
• Perform quantitative analysis to uncover business drivers.
• Develop analytics experiments and reports using tools like SQL, R, or Python.
• Identify metrics improvement opportunities and make actionable suggestions.
• Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, and Engineering.
• Mentor team members towards achieving actionable outcomes.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, predictive modeling, and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Understanding of experimentation techniques, including causal inference and A/B testing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
