The successful candidate will partake in global projects and work with a dedicated team to manage sales processes efficiently, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Track and consolidate cash-ins across all sales flows, coordinating with internal teams.
- Oversee debt collection in partnership with the finance department.
- Monitor products delivered but not yet invoiced alongside the finance team.
- Manage pricing discrepancies supporting Key Account Management teams.
- Invoice and control internal group flows with IT and finance teams.
- Develop continuous improvement tools to optimize tasks and data management.
- Act as a reference for IT tool initiatives aimed at department improvements.
- Propose enhancements to internal marketing and sales processes.

This role requires you to have:
- Over 5 years of experience in sales administration, ideally in high-stakes industrial settings.
- Technical skills in ADV, finance, and project management.
- Proficiency in SAP, AirSupply, MS Office, VBA, Power BI, and GSuite.
- Strong leadership and transversal management abilities.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
