Airbus Operations Limited seeks a Data Analyst for its Aircraft Business within the Customer Services department in Toulouse. The role focuses on enhancing the delivery and management of aircraft documentation crucial for safe maintenance and operations. This position provides a comprehensive understanding of maintenance documentation and data management in compliance with airworthiness requirements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and present performance metrics of maintenance, engineering, and flight operations data processes.
• Propose action plans for addressing production delays and preparing for increased customer revisions.
• Determine and report on the cost of non-quality in data assembly and dispatch processes.
• Recommend improvements to current processes.
• Work in conjunction with assembly and delivery specialists, business application owners, and IT development teams.
• Consolidate annual performance targets with department leadership.
• Identify process performance by examining lead-times.
• Oversee corrective and preventive action plans.
• Coordinate performance reviews with stakeholders.
• Launch improvement initiatives aligning with department objectives.
• Create and monitor a non-quality cost dashboard and action plans.
• Ensure IT incident tracking and resolution of recurrent issues.
• Report regularly to managers and stakeholders.
