The Data Analyst, located within the Data & Reporting Team, will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring high-quality insights and tool enhancements tailored to business requirements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a data competency center for internal stakeholders, maintaining data strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate with the reinsurance team to refine data taxonomy and ensure governance.
• Introduce a control system with KPIs for global data management.
• Work with Network Insurers to secure and enhance data quality and delivery.
• Perform data collection from a global network, ensuring top data quality.
• Define and improve reporting for International Employee Benefits programs.
• Collaborate to optimize and automate tools, enhancing quality standards.
• Support key-change projects focusing on data quality and consistency.

This role requires you to have:

• University degree in economics, informatics, mathematics, or actuarial fields.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database structures.
• Mastery of MS Office, including Excel macros and graphs.
• Fluency in English.
