The Data Analyst will join the Data & Reporting Team, playing a key role in enhancing data processes and supporting multinational clients with valuable insights.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Serve as a data competence center for internal stakeholders, managing data strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate with the reinsurance team to refine data taxonomy and ensure alignment in data governance.
• Introduce a KPI-based control system to manage data globally.
• Work with network insurers to enhance data governance, quality, and delivery.
• Improve global data collection, monitoring, and quality standards.
• Develop client reporting for international employee benefits programs.
• Optimize and automate existing tools to improve quality standards.
• Support data quality improvement projects and database enhancements.

This role requires you to have:

• University degree in economics, informatics, mathematics, or actuarial sciences.
• Proficient in SQL, database structures, and MS Office.
• Extensive knowledge of MicroStrategy.
• Fluency in English.
