• Examine and analyze existing data to ensure integrity before migration.
• Clean, organize, and prepare data for error-free migration between systems.
• Develop migration maps to align source data with the target product's database structures.
• Monitor data transfer processes and validate data accuracy post-migration.
• Create detailed reports on migration processes, encountered challenges, and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with IT, product development teams, and other analysts for effective coordination and transparent communication throughout the project.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Excellent data manipulation skills with tools like SQL, Python, or ETL platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of database principles, including data structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Ability to work in an agile and multidisciplinary environment.
