The company collaborates with ClubVET, the leading veterinary group in France, comprising over 1000 clinics. In this context, they seek a Data Analyst & CRM Manager to leverage innovations and optimize client relations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Ensure the CRM system functions smoothly, involving migration, integration, and data integrity verification.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance CRM functionalities according to business needs.
• Document operations in CRM tools comprehensively to share practices with clinics.
• Consolidate and analyze client data to optimize CRM strategies.
• Optimize segmentation and campaign targeting.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing client relationships.
• Coordinate and implement CRM campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI to track and enhance CRM campaign performance.
• Gather and formalize business needs, proposing strategic solutions.
• Maintain continuous communication with business teams and clinics to centralize feedback.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree with specialization in Data Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Data Analyst and/or CRM Manager.
• Expertise in Data Management and CRM.
• Proficiency in CRM/Marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Adobe.
• Excellent Power BI skills; knowledge of Python or SQL.
