The role of Data & Controlling Analyst will be under the Group Learning department, reporting to the Head of Learning Operations and Learner Engagement.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Financial Controller on contract management, invoicing entities, and compliance.
• Work with project managers to translate the roadmap into detailed budget management.
• Monitor procurement processes, purchase order creation, and payment of providers.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and create dashboards for global Learning practice monitoring.
• Conduct ad hoc studies to provide insights for transversal purposes.
• Create presentations to communicate data and insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to financial and non-financial publications involving Learning activities.
• Analyze and improve processes and operating models within Group Learning for operational excellence.
• Administer collaborative tools, ensuring quality in documentation processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Management.
• Data analysis and data visualization.
• Experience in project management, team collaboration, and process improvement methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Business French and English.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
