In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive data mapping for the 'Performance RH' business line.
• Collaborate with IT to identify key business data origins and usage.
• Participate in updating management tools for the 'Professional Risk Management' department.
• Address ad-hoc data transformation/analysis requests from various departments.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
• 3+ years of experience in the field.
• Fluency in Python.
• Strong skills in data analysis and synthesis.
• Expertise in database management with SQL/SQL Server.
