In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams and Data Scientists to identify and express data needs
• Contribute to the design and development of data architectures
• Develop data ingestion and processing pipelines for the Data Lake
• Participate in the creation of extraction strategies
• Implement processes for efficient data collection, cleansing, organization, and modeling (batch or real-time)
• Industrialize, optimize, and monitor data pipelines on a daily basis
• Implement data exposure and visualization systems

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in technically leading development teams and enabling their growth in data engineering
• Several years of experience with Big Data and Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, AZURE)
• Proficiency in Spark and its ecosystem (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive), Hadoop, Kafka, Cassandra, Scala, Java, Python
