Concentrix is searching for an intern for their La Motte Servolex location to collaborate with business, support, and IT teams. The role involves engagement in significant data-driven projects aimed at enhancing productivity and security.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop data visualizations using Power BI, Teams, and Sharepoint.
• Create reports focusing on productivity KPIs for operational teams and contract management.
• Build SLA dashboards for client engagement.
• Participate in AI and machine learning projects to develop predictive scenarios for recovery and payment processes.
• Work on data security and historical data projects with IT and RSSI.
