Sustainability Technical engineer & data analyst

The role of Sustainability Technical engineer & Data analyst exists to manage LCA projects and ESG data, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team and various stakeholders.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Running and maintaining LCA models using GaBI software to assess environmental performance
• Managing contractors and external verification processes
• Collaborating with customers and industry associations on LCA expertise
• Collecting, organizing, and processing data related to environmental performance indicators
• Modelling future performance based on existing data
• Summarizing and communicating results and recommendations
• Identifying new KPIs and selecting relevant IT tools for tracking
• Providing technical expertise on sustainability questions
• Supporting internal certification processes and sustainability-related groups
• Assisting Business Units and sustainability teams with external requests
• Contributing to corporate communication materials such as annual reports and brochures

This role requires you to have:

• Technical and scientific background (e.g. process/environment engineer or Data scientist)
• Experience in environmental science
• 2-5 years of experience in Life Cycle Assessment (preferably with GaBI software)
• Data processing and Statistics
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, programming, PowerBI)

You would benefit from having:

• Proficient in English, French recommended, German is a plus
