Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring (CAL&F) is a key player in lease financing and factoring across France and Europe, striving to optimize performance with a centralized organizational approach. The Data Analyst plays a vital role by developing management tools for the Executive Committee and other internal clients, contributing to performance optimization. Located within the Data & Performance Department, this role is part of a team of enthusiastic experts.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain performance management tools for the Executive Committee.
- Design an indicator book and conduct quantitative analysis.
- Identify, extract, and use data for developing new indicators.
- Ensure the reliability and consistency of performance indicators internationally.
- Document deliverables in data management tools.
- Work on performance optimization indicators and collaborate with various departments for project visibility and knowledge sharing.
- Participate and present in the Data Citizens community sessions.

- Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1 level).
- Experience in data science, analytics, and data management.
