• Implement the Chatbot Jarvis for Optimall Cacibstore applications by restructuring and integrating documentation.
• Identify AI opportunities to enhance process efficiency.
• Coordinate between IA Factory project teams and support teams.
• Communicate project progress to various teams.
• Analyze data quality to improve team performance and guide action plans.
• Propose analytics initiatives for project and support activity management.
• Automate data reporting using PowerBI dashboards.
