The role involves tracking digital user journeys and enhancing Business Intelligence capabilities through analytical insights and data management. The team is composed of skilled professionals aiming to deliver exceptional data-driven solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Identify tracking needs and create technical specifications for tracking plans
• Develop and maintain dashboards to present key data insights
• Deploy and document customized tracking strategies
• Collect and utilize data for creating indicators and dashboards with SQL and MicroStrategy
• Conduct business and marketing analysis
• Promote best practices in Data Management and governance
• Collaborate with business teams to align technical solutions with their needs
• Present findings and recommendations to teams

This role requires you to have:

• Experience in data analysis
• Proficiency with BI languages and environments such as SQL
• Ability to analyze user behavior and utilize analytical tools like Tag Commander or Piano Analytics
• Strong communication skills
• Autonomy and adaptability in an agile (Scrum) context
