• Organize and plan the activities of the Data Analyst and customer insights teams
• Provide reporting on team activities
• Support team skill development
• Ensure data quality and relevance
• Model and update the database regularly
• Assist stakeholders in expressing their needs
• Simplify data information for accessibility and promote a data culture
• Conduct technology watch and implement best practices
