EQUANS is seeking a Data Analyst to join the DATA team as part of the IT and Digital department's strategic reorientation. The role involves supporting internal digitalization and enhancing capabilities to deliver data-driven projects. The successful candidate will act as the data IT reference for HR functional areas, overseeing coordination, planning, and delivery of data-related projects within set timelines and budgets.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze HR-related data issues and requirements, defining both functional and technical modeling.
• Coordinate and oversee data projects using agile methodologies.
• Develop an understanding of functional challenges and needs.
• Identify data correlations and anomalies.
• Specify data flows and management rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product vision with strategic objectives.
• Gather and prioritize client and end-user needs.
• Supervise development teams ensuring requirements are met.
• Ensure communication between technical teams and business goals.
• Monitor deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Track product performance and suggest continuous improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong technical knowledge of data within the HR domain.
