We are seeking a Data Analyst responsible for managing and analyzing data from CRM tools and internal sources. This role supports the development of data-driven solutions and efficient data management across the organization.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from CRM tools such as Salesforce, Mews, and Stripe.
• Develop automated reports and data visualizations using BI tools.
• Apply statistical techniques and predictive models for actionable insights.
• Create interactive dashboards and performance indicators for real-time activity tracking.
• Manage data projects from requirement gathering to implementation, ensuring data quality.
• Collaborate with business teams for analytical solutions tailored to departmental objectives.
• Coordinate with external providers for the integration of advanced analysis tools.
• Implement strategies for data integrity and compliance with regulations like GDPR.
• Develop processes for data quality control and error management.
• Stay informed about trends in data science and business intelligence to propose innovative solutions.
• Communicate detailed analytical findings and recommendations to operations and management.
