Gan Prévoyance, a subsidiary of Groupe Groupama, has been specializing in personal insurance for over 70 years. This role exists to offer clients premium and innovative services that meet their needs. The company is rapidly expanding its data initiatives in client knowledge, segmentation, and customer journeys.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Define, improve, and disseminate commercial activity and production analyses.
• Define, improve, and monitor performance indicators of the commercial network.
• Conduct client portfolio analyses and manage the client database to refine commercial actions and strategic marketing.
• Create client indicators, reformat client data, update, and evolve client segmentation.
• Drive internal change around client knowledge and satisfaction.
• Support marketing studies and develop omnichannel client contact plans.
• Develop and update client scores (attrition, multi-equipment interest) with internal data scientists or external partners.
• Propose relevant indicators, implement them in marketing campaigns, and measure their impacts.

This role comes with the following benefits:

• Located at Campus Groupama in Nanterre Préfecture (RER A).
• One-year contract starting November 2024.

The role is suitable for candidates with a minimum education of Bac+3 and at least 2 years of experience.
