In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain commercial performance dashboards.
• Create targeting specifications for commercial advisors.
• Measure the effectiveness of commercial campaigns.
• Compute indicators for the quarterly bonus plan.
• Monitor CRM data quality.
• Organize and maintain sectorization and member portfolio with the digital team.
• Occasionally work on cross-functional topics involving various departments.

This role requires you to have:

• Degree in a field related to data analysis.
• Experience in data analysis for customer insights, commercial management, or marketing.
• Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Qliksense.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
• Database management skills.
