In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Work closely with Trip Experience and User Assistance teams to enhance rental experiences for users.
- Develop insights for the Rental Experience team through data analysis.
- Create and maintain data tools to enhance customer service and product integration.
- Analyze feedback and customer sentiment from diverse channels.
- Collaborate on connected device issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Work autonomously on projects with collaborative input from peers and cross-functional teams.

This role requires you to have:
- 2 to 5 years in Data/BI roles with a tech background.
- Strong analytical skills and technical inclination.
- Proficiency in SQL for managing data pipelines and complex datasets.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience in hardware product or customer support analytics.
- Interest in product improvements and environmental impact of mobility.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or similar programming languages.
