The platform is designed to enhance customer interactions and drive sales by utilizing advanced ecommerce integrations and AI technology. The Data Analytics team at Gorgias includes the Business Intelligence and Analytics Engineering sub-teams, working collaboratively with departments like Marketing and Sales to help make data-driven choices.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support the growth of the Marketing Suite product by providing strategic insights.
• Collaborate with the Data partner and various teams to drive strategic decisions.
• Analyze product features, adoption behaviors, and trends to deliver key insights.
• Create and monitor data products using SQL and dbt to support data-driven initiatives.
• Contribute to both short-term and long-term strategy with analytical and product knowledge.
• Partner with teams for experiments, data formatting, and A/B testing analyses.
• Educate and share insights with stakeholders through data townhalls.

This role requires you to have:

• Over 2 years of experience working with data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience analyzing large-scale data sets.
• Excellent synthesis and communication abilities.
