This role supports the VP of People by providing essential data insights across various departments.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Implement and monitor data governance and compliance standards.
• Track, analyze, and report on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion metrics.
• Design and maintain dashboards for key HR metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
• Manage knowledge base accuracy and integration with AI tools.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years experience in data analytics or management.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and data governance.
