In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Handle business requests and IT projects
• Address and resolve requests for fixes and updates
• Understand banking operations
• Familiarize with the Equinoxe information system
• Use team tools effectively
• Draft requirements specifications and various deliverables
• Create reports using PowerBI
