In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of data engineers while ensuring best practices in data engineering.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business units, and stakeholders; report data pipeline performance to senior management.
• Design scalable data architectures and manage ETL processes.
• Ensure data infrastructure reliability, security, and integration of diverse data sources.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and compliance with regulations; establish data security policies.
