Data Finance Analyst / Alternance (H/F)

Hubworkair is looking for a Finance Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data and providing key insights for strategic decision-making. The analyst will work closely with finance teams and other departments to gather, process, and interpret financial data, thereby contributing to the company's financial performance.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Consolidate, clean, and analyze financial data from various sources such as accounting and ERP systems.
• Produce detailed financial reports and dashboards for management.
• Identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance.
• Develop financial models to forecast company performance.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision making.
• Establish and maintain financial key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with accounting, management control, and other departments to understand data needs.
• Support cost optimization and financial efficiency initiatives.
• Automate financial reporting and data analysis processes using advanced analytical tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Recommend improvements to financial systems and workflows based on data analysis.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
