The company seeks a Data Analyst apprentice for its Marketing and Communication team to enhance decision-making through data insights.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Extracting, processing, visualizing, and analyzing data using Power BI to create dashboards for commercial and marketing activities.
- Identifying user requirements to develop models that improve marketing campaigns and customer retention.
- Conducting market research on pricing, company e-reputation, competition, and digital behavior trends.
- Analyzing customer behavior to address various business needs, including loyalty program performance and digital marketing campaigns.
